ORDERS & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our estimated delivery time is 7–14 days.

As Ludovic London is newly launched, we appreciate your patience while we carefully process and prepare each order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, courier delays or circumstances outside of our control.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find your confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll always try to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your estimated delivery period has passed, please contact our customer care team with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do you use natural and organic ingredients?

Natural and organic ingredients are an important part of the Ludovic London philosophy.

We aim to use carefully selected natural and organic ingredients wherever appropriate while ensuring that every formulation remains effective, safe and fit for its intended purpose.

We don't believe in using an ingredient simply because it sounds good on a label. Every ingredient should have a reason for being there.

Are Ludovic London products vegan?

Many products within our range may be vegan or vegan-friendly. Where a product is vegan, this will be clearly identified on the individual product page and/or packaging.

How should I patch test a product?

Where can I find the ingredients?

Full ingredient information can be found on the relevant product page and/or product packaging.

We encourage our customers to understand what they're putting on their skin rather than simply relying on marketing claims.

How long do Ludovic London products last?

This varies between products.

Look for the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging — usually represented by a small open-jar symbol containing a number such as 6M or 12M.

This tells you the recommended period for using the product after it has been opened.

How should I store my products?

Unless otherwise stated on the product, keep your grooming and skincare products in a cool, dry place away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

Always close lids, pumps and caps properly after use.

Can I use several Ludovic London products together?

Products designed as part of the same routine may complement one another, but always check the individual instructions.

When introducing several new skincare products, introducing them gradually can also make it easier to understand how your skin responds.
